I did post surgery lymphatic drainage massage with Marianne, she is an angel, she's kind and so so skilled. I felt better after just one session and booked 5 more on my way out! I can't recommend her enough! Thank you Marianne! ❤️

I'm a regular at the Al Wasl branch, but this was my first time visiting the Mirdif location since my favorite branch was fully booked. Unfortunately, my first impression was disappointing. The reception staff were very cold and unhelpful. They didn't provide any details about when I would be attended to--I had to ask repeatedly and express my frustration, even though I had a confirmed booking. nIt seemed like their bookings were mismanaged, and what I found highly unprofessional was the staff speaking in their native dialect about my situation right in front of me. Professionalism is key in such situations. Yes, I used a package through my health insurance, but does that warrant giggles or unprofessional behavior?nnAdditionally, I had been trying to clarify through WhatsApp for two days whether my credit from another branch could be used here. Unfortunately, I only got an answer when I arrived at the location. nThat said, I would like to thank therapist Gelyn for addressing my shoulder and neck pain. It was reassuring to see that she was just as skilled as Rose from the Al Wasl branch.
When I came in the receptionist was so polite, very helpful with my insurance service and assisted me with all my questions. I was then taken in for a consultation with the Dr. she was amazing, she listened to all the issues I was facing and she advised me acupuncture sessions for now, I did my first session with her she was very gentle on me and kept checking with the pressure if I was comfortable. Surprisingly with one session I felt such a relief in my lower body which the medicines couldn't help me with, definitely booking the rest of my sessions with her.
