I purchased through their portal but didn't receive the shipment. And no way to call them

Although your products I tried before were good, but this time I did not have the chance even to try them. 1 star because of poor customer service and lack of professional and proper communication with your customers.nI ordered through their website, not only I did not receive the order after 5 weeks, but also tried to contact through email many times and all of them there was no reply (forget about their phone number is not working). Later I discovered that they have a watsapp number of which I contacted, and every time replying after many hours or few days that they will check and get back to me. They never replied back to me where is the order and at the end they started to say the order is delayed due to holiday, come on guys holiday for 5 week!! Really I don’t care even if it is 5 months but you have to be professional and tell your customers the expected delivery date and clear information about their orders. The funny thing that when I requested to cancel my order and refund money it was done in 10 minutes. Very sad. Never to 👎🏻order or recommend your products
