The day I asked for their service I was extremely weak and sick. The doctor came showed me the quotes for different IV drip. Some of which cost thousands of dirhams. For a total of nearly AED9,000. nI clearly told them which items I do not want purely based on cost. One item cost 8,000 on its own. nAfter the deductions the total came to about ~2,000 which is still insane but I was willing to pay given how sick I was and couldn't leave the house. nAFTER the drips were done and I paid, I saw that I got charged for ~9,000. Turns out, either they didn't remove the items, or they added different items on their own. nThe discussion with them is still ongoing to receive a refund. At the moment they are refusing. nWill update this accordinglynnEdit: They refused to even acknowledge they have made a mistake and have refused to provide any form of meaningful compensation. I have filed complaints at DHA and DED.
