This clinic and the doctors have been highly recommended by my trusted German doctors. Now I made my second experience including a cataract operation. I think the doctors are professional but the business behavior of the clinic is in my expectation not acceptable at all. They never provide you in advance with fully expected expenses. It feels like they charge you for even saying hello without notice and even for the post visit after a complex operation they don't proceed without coming up right at the appointment with additional costs for tests before they check their own work and the recovery process. Expenses that have never been mentioned before and without paying they would even refuse to do the post-operational check by the responsible doctor. I just can hope that the final medical result will be better than the business behavior

From the moment I walked into the hospital, the staff was warm and welcoming, making the atmosphere feel reassuring. I had a very lovely experience, Dr Suhair and her nurse Judee accepted my kids though she was fully booked , she was very kind with them and most important she was not rushing we really took our time , Thank you Dr and thank you Nurse

Professionally- run hospital. Staff are generally polite and helpfulnnSpecial mention of Dr Suhair Twaij. Her warm and welcoming smile will make you feel at ease. Her accomodating attentiveness and clear explanation will alleviate your anxiety. A very professional Dr. Had my right eye surgery done by her. I am happy with it. And will return for my left. Thank you and thank you to all the staff
unfortunately not a positive experience with my 6 year old today. The staff is all very polite but they run it like a commercial business. Had to wait over an hour to even meet the Doctor even though we booked an appointment weeks ago. Our insurance covers the consultation but their policy is to wait till patient arrives before even applying for the approval unlike all other hospitals I have visited including dental ... Only go there if you have an entire free day with nothing else planned
