I recently contacted your call center and was extremely disappointed with the service I received. The representative seemed unprepared and unable to answer my questions effectively. I had to repeat myself multiple times, and the information I received was unclear and ultimately unhelpful. The entire experience was frustrating and a waste of my time. I hope you can improve the training and knowledge of your call center staff to provide better support and attitude to your customers in the future.

I've had significant difficulty reaching the Clinical Attachment Department at MBRU. Despite numerous attempts via their direct line and the main university number, I have not received any responses. Emails have also gone unanswered. Even after raising multiple complaints through the main MBRU line, the situation remains unchanged. Communication and responsiveness from this department appear to be severely lacking.

The clinical attachment department of MBRU is in a deep sleep. They don't answer the calls either on the direct number or via the main MBRU number, do not reply on emails and there is no way to reach out to them. I tried calling the main number of MBRU and complaint several times, still it didn't help. nEdit:nHappened to visit them by person and found the staff busy in their on leisure stuff. When inquired about answering emails and phone, the lady over there shamelessly replied that they can't reply either of these as they are (so called) very busy.
