When we entered the place, the female receptionist is not in a good mood. Her ambiance is just so negative. She is not even smiling. nWhen I started the massage/therapy, the masseuse didn't bother to ask regarding the level of the massage. It was so painful. I tried to stop her but she keeps on doing it. The worst part was sometimes she was using her nails. I just wanted to stop the whole session but I wanted to be nice as well. nThe way the receptionist handled the whole situation was terrible. Instead of admitting the mistake, she keeps on reasoning. Pointing out that I'm a filipino was so unprofessional and telling me that most clients love that level of massage doesn't mean everyone should like it. nCustomer service: 5/10 (for sure they can improve it more)nMassage experience: 5/10 (ask the customer next time before doing the massage and always listen to the customer first)nAmbiance: 8/10

The place doesn't look like super vip but the massage I got here is literally the best. Walk in with lots of pain everywhere, stress, tension. And walked out completely relaxed and renovated person. Loved the deep tissue massage. Definitely recommend

Athena and Gretchen, the receptionists, went above my expectations in customer service to make sure I had a great experience at Moe Therapy Center. They were friendly and helpful. The licensed massage therapist, Mina, was excellent. The massage was really pleasant, skilled, proper drapping and really a stress reliever. I heartily recommend Moe Therapy Center.
Candy and Lucky are a delight! Both are exceptional with their service quality and their massage is really amazing. You feel like you probably have lost a few grams or kilos after the massage :D they know the exact amount of pressure needed and all the problem points especially on the back. My husband and I really loved the massage and Moe therapy centre will definitely be our go-to place❤️
