I specifically called to ask for the eye test, the person precisely told me I can go to their Nad Al Sheba branch and do the eye test for free, as they don't eye testing option in meydan branch. I took my old mother all the way to nad al sheba for eye check and after getting the eye check up done the guy denied giving us the eye test result, even offered to pay but the guy said the manager said u have to buy glassed and only then he would give the eye test result . He literally forced us to buy the glasses on spot and when asked to speak to the manager he said it was his Manager / owners instruction. This was very disappointing and the attitude and method of pulling customers is vert bad. Even though I called and checked before driving to this store . Honestly I'm really surprised at this kind of attitude and behaviour.
