I have been a customer since 2020, and recently the Al Nahda staff and management have been moved to the Jumeirah branch. It is horrible! The staff are careless and do not prioritize customer service. I have been calling the Jumeirah branch continuously for the past three days to inquire about my sessions. The receptionist said she would let me know and call back; it has been two days, and she has not contacted me yet. Today, I called again, and another receptionist said it may have been a colleague's mistake and repeated the same thing. I called again, and she said she would call back in two minutes. After an hour, I called back, and she said her website was not working, transferred my call, and the call ended without anyone speaking to me. I called back again, but they are not answering. This lack of responsiveness is highly concerning and requires attention to the customer service.

I got my hydra facial by saali yesterday, absolutely loveeee the results plus the highly professional behavior 🥹 she was so kind and nice throughout. the rest of the staff was welcoming too. love it!
