I recently completed a 12-day treatment for neck and shoulder pain at this clinic, consulting Dr. Anupama and my therapist was Sunitha. A special thanks to both of them for being so flexible with treatment timings, considering my work hours. The difference in my pain has been significant, and the overall service has been outstanding. The atmosphere is warm and friendly, making each visit comfortable. I highly recommend this place to anyone suffering from shoulder or back.

I had an ongoing issue with my shoulder pain. Preferred Ayurveda treatment as I wanted to remove the root cause. Met Dr Anupama. Showed her my reports and scans. During our consultation session she pointed out several other issues which I had not mentioned her. Was quite impressed with the methodology used for the treatment. I knew Ayurveda is a time consuming and long process as they focus on eradicating the issue rather then giving temporary relief. Apart from my shoulder pain , my digestion and back pain issues are also getting cured. Sibish is an excellent therapist as he understands your body reactions during the treatment. He adjusts accordingly. Excellent team work, Meznah Ayurveda. God bless you all. Keep up the Good work !

I completed my 14 days postnatal treatment and I am very happy to share my experience. I consulted Dr Anupama ,she is explaining each and every minute things that we are not aware in some time. My therapist was sunithachechi and she is very good at her work area and flexible for our convenience. I highly recommending Mezna centre. I had taken 30 days' at home postnatal treatment from Meznah and I am very much happy with the service. Dr. Anupama is a very humble and kind person who addressed all my concerns and helped me through this journey. The therapist, Sandhya Chechi is prompt in her service and truly has magic in her hands when it comes to massage. My baby and I had wonderful massage sessions over the course.
