Worst and not recomended for patient having insurance.nnThey advise me to follow up with my insurance and get Approval.nnAnd when approval sent to me directly from my insurance payer, the mega scan didnt acknowledge and they want it official email from insurance to send them. - - prolongin the waitnnMy 2HRS WAISTED because of a poor minded insurance coordinator,nI have approval copy but still they didnt proceed bcause no official email sent to them!!nn*******nWhat is the sence of advising me “follow up your insurance company and get an approval.!!nn******nTo the mangament: I will not surprise if you encounter multiple rejection on insurance claims level if one of your insurance coordinator dont know the protocol of every insurance (what are procedures requires approval and does not requires.)nDHA proper coding guidelines and vs ICD..nDHA rejection comment.,nand mostly to justify the services medically.!!
