This was our second time at this place, and unfortunately, another disappointing visit. Once again, we had to wait more than an hour. No updates, no explanation, the reception couldn't even tell us what the delay was about. They didn't bother to inform us there would be a wait, and it seems like delays are just normal for them. nWhat's worse is that even before the appointment, they kept calling and insisting our booking was at a different time, which wasn't true. Really poor coordination and customer service. nManagement needs to step in. This kind of experience is a waste of everyone's time.
We had a great experience! The team was very kind and professional, and their work was excellent. The two ladies who worked with my mom were so patient and incredibly sweet we truly appreciated their gentle and caring attitude. Highly recommended!
