The Staff attitude is really bad ..everytime I visit for my kids or for a medical reason they look upset and not in the mood of work .. in addition of that they are all the time gathered wispering and chatting together leaving the. visitors waiting for long.. Today I had another bad experience with one of the nurses that used a big needle to mix the progestrone injection and injected me with the same one instead of changing it to a small one . the medical center is well located but with irresponssible crew.

My wife got physiotherapy sessions with doctora manimala ,an Indian doctor. She was excellent and more professional. My wife improved from severe joint pain.This is very best clinic for physiotherapy in Alain

Worst mediclinic around.nStaff are incompetent.nnI walked in the reception girl snarled at me, no more interest in being nice polite and friendly.nMy partners appointment was at 4.30. Mine was at 5. When I arrived she was still in the waiting room not been seen. At 5 or so we started asking people are we going to be seen, they had no answer, “not my department”.nnAt 5.30 we decided to leave… when we asked for our Emirates ID cards back. The dentist was magically available.nnWe then got some sob story about an emergency, which is fine… but did anyone think to say it to us or the other patients? No.nEven though we both separately arrived 20 mins before our appointments. Someone could have rang me (the later appointment) and let me know at least it was going to be late… no.nnWe both got seen for 5 mins and told to come back tomorrow after a quick exam and that a similar time would be good.nnHeard nothing about this appointment… rang a couple of times to no answer.nnMy partner is currently there! She asked what about my appointment because they rang about her appointment.nShe asked me then was 4.30 ok, I said yes should be there by then.nnReceived the text confirming my appointment for 4pm!!!! Its in Al Ain town center. The map is showing Zakir. One of the hospital chains in UAE, Al ain. Went for Covid test and medical test for visa. Costly and the staff are friendly. Waiting time is more due to the crowd. Went to few times for the pcr test. Charging is high and waiting time is long. Close to the town and easily accessible.
