Its in Al Ain town center. The map is showing Zakir. One of the hospital chains in UAE, Al ain. Went for Covid test and medical test for visa. Costly and the staff are friendly. Waiting time is more due to the crowd. Went to few times for the pcr test. Charging is high and waiting time is long. Close to the town and easily accessible.

Worst mediclinic around. Staff are incompetent. nI walked in the reception girl snarled at me, no more interest in being nice polite and friendly. My partners appointment was at 4.30. Mine was at 5. When I arrived she was still in the waiting room not been seen. At 5 or so we started asking people are we going to be seen, they had no answer, u201cnot my departmentu201d. nAt 5.30 we decided to leave... when we asked for our Emirates ID cards back. The dentist was magically available. nWe then got some sob story about an emergency, which is fine... but did anyone think to say it to us or the other patients? No. Even though we both separately arrived 20 mins before our appointments. Someone could have rang me (the later appointment) and let me know at least it was going to be late... no. nWe both got seen for 5 mins and told to come back tomorrow after a quick exam and that a similar time would be good. nHeard nothing about this appointment... rang a couple of times to no answer. nMy partner is currently there! She asked what about my appointment because they rang about her appointment. She asked me then was 4.30 ok, I said yes should be there by then. nReceived the text confirming my appointment for 4pm!!!! Which I cannot make as I am busy!nnMost disorganised useless people... avoid at all cost! If it's possible to rate lower I would
