I recently had the pleasure of receiving care, and I cannot speak highly enough of the experience. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The staff, from the receptionists to the nurses and doctors, were attentive, compassionate, and highly skilled.nnThe facilities are top-notch, with state-of-the-art equipment and a clean, calming environment that put me at ease immediately. The team was incredibly thorough in their assessments and took the time to explain every aspect of my care plan, ensuring I felt informed and comfortable with each step of the process.

Kudos to Mediclinic for such great service and support. I would love to mention Ms. Torano for assisting me throughout my appointments, she was very lovely. And also, thanks to Dr. Betsy, she was amazing! She worked wonders, I’ve had an issue with my skin for a while and after the treatment she provided for me.. I saw a huge change only within days of my medication. Now, my skin is at best. Thank you🤍

We choose Mediclinic welcare hospital for getting our first baby delivered at this hospital. Since before planning for pregnancy, we consulted Dr. Meenakshisundaram Mahalakshmi who is one of the best Gynec doctor in UAE. She made us feel very comfortable and through out the pregnancy her advice support and her warm friendly nature made us feel very much comfortable and with the safe hands. I would like to thank her and entire team at Mediclinic welcare hospital including few names who regularly helped us such as Ms. Tintu Philip our Nurse with doctor Maha in her support extended and to Dr. Meriyam Dr. Rabia Dr. Neil and all 3 midwives Stephy, Hoda and Fatima for all your help and support you had provided to us! Also thankful to both our Maternity co-ordinator & all the nurses during our stay for 4 days and forget to mention big thank you for room upgrade as well. Also thankful to Ms. Paru who was very helpful both in the Anti Natal classe for motivating for exclusive breastfeed and benefits as well while in hospital she and her team were very helpful for breastfeeding our child as first time mother was very difficult on initial days but with lactation team and their support everything was smooth in few days. We felt homely with the professionalism of entire team. Once again we thank our guardian Angel Dr. Mahalakshmi and her entire team and we highly recommend Mediclinic Welcare to our friends and family and at work collegue for amazing services.

I gave birth 10 days ago in Mediclinic Welcare Hospital. They have renovated their Labor and Delivery Room and Maternity Ward. With the new interior using light wood and light neutral tones, you can feel the warm vibes of the room. My experience with the Care givers is extremely satisfying. This is my Second baby delivered in the same hospital. First of all , to my OB Dr. Janaki, she gives me the best patient care relationship. Always an advocate of natural birth, and will give you other option if necessary. Making sure of the well being and safety of the mother and child.nnTo the Care givers and Midwife who had assisted me. Mahmood is the best midwife coach i ever had. So knowledgeable and very patient and supportive. Her care for the patient is extremely high. Making sure you feel safe and well taken care of. An advocate of natural birth. Gives you options to make you feel at ease even in pain during labor contractions. Giving you positive moral support which is really important to boost your confidence that you can make it. I give her 5 star for her performance. On the other hand, i was not satisfied with Nurse Judith who I think, is less compassionate than Mahmood. She needs more caring to the patient and her jobs as well. Not just to do the job, but to execute it to the best level she can give.nnTo the care givers in Maternity Ward namely Nurse Kate, Anna, Monica and Precilla. I give them 5 star as well for their performance. For the patient care i received from them. The support and knowledge they have are outstanding. To Ms Thelma who checked up on me post delivery. Very informative and supportive even during the antenatal classes.nOn the other hand was not satisfied with Nurse Neeto, she is knowledgeable but her handling with patient I was not satisfied with. Need more empathy and be more compassionate.nnOverall this is the reason why I always liked and preferred Mediclinic Welcare even if I lived far from this hospital. My first baby was delivered here and also did some procedures and the same Nurses are still there whom I met and they are always charming and gives you the best patient care. I believe you give them the right training, right attitude towards work and let them perform well in their specialties. Also I commend on the staff retention it is high as most of them i see still after 5 yrs.nnMediclinic, Thank you for giving me the best patient care as always. My wife gave birth in this hospital last year, and I can say that the quality of the facility and staff is very good from the Maternity ward up to the NICU. The staff were friendly and very approachable. Up to this day we still remember their names as they were very friendly to us. Highly recommend especially those who are first time parents.
