I took my daughter today and it was the Worst experience ever, the team are very rude starting from receptionist to the nurses and to the doctor herself! They work very slowly and keep us wait for everything and each procedure take lots of time with them! When i went to the doctor to tell her that it's the worst experience and the team are not helpful so she just said easily than you don't come here!! I can't believe she said this instead of asking what is the problem and trying to help!! I can't believe a doctor treat's her customer this wayyyy (her name start with R)

I went there only once and I had a terrible experience with the reception. There was a Philippine guy with an attitude, asking useless questions to the point that I started arguing with him. First he asked me if I wanted to pay for the blood test without waiting for the insurance approval! Why????! Straight after he told me that my insurance requested for more info, and instead of sending the request to the doctor, he asked me again if I wanted to pay. After paying my 50 aed for the consultation with the doctor (normal practice), he told me that maybe I would have needed to pay in full for the consultation. This guy has no clue about how things work and he just confuse customers!

I have taken my son now twice to Dr Susan on being referred to her by a friend and have decided to keep her as his pediatrician in the city. She is amazingly patient with him and he likes her. Her diagnosis both times were also spot on. The facility is also very easy to navigate and all the staff are super friendly. Would definitely recommend this center for pediatrics.
FORMAL COMPLAINT DR TAQI ZAIDI:nI am writing this complaint to document and report extremely unprofessional, dismissive, and unethical behavior I experienced from Dr. TAQI ZAIDI during a visit on May 1st, 2025. nI came in with an urgent neurological complaint, bladder incontinence, radiating numbness around my knees, and a history of neurological symptoms that had previously responded to B12 injections. I clearly explained to the doctor that I have a B12 absorption issue, not a standard deficiency. I had taken B12 injections before (at same clinic with a different doctor who was understanding) and made a full recovery from far more severe symptoms, including numbness and leg weakness. This time, the same issues were returning, and I came in requesting another B12 shot to prevent further deterioration something I was medically entitled to. nInstead of engaging with my medical history, the doctor dismissed all neurological concerns and claimed the issue was only muscular, despite ignoring the bladder incontinence completely and offered only neck stretches and an X-ray, which had no relevance to the lower-body neurological symptoms I was describing. I remained calm and respectful, simply repeating my request for a B12 shot based on past effective treatment. nI now have to go to emergency hospital at Mediclinic parkview hospital. nThe doctor initially agreed verbally to give me the B12 shot. However, I waited over an hour, and instead of the shot, a nurse came with a blood test form, with no explanation. When I returned to the doctor's room and asked calmly for the injection he promised, I was met with hostile, aggressive, and deeply inappropriate behavior. nHe raised his voice, stormed out of the room, and in front of the reception and waiting patients, told the staff to refund me and block me from ever booking with him again. He then turned to me and mockingly told me to u201csee a psychiatristu201d, as if my symptoms were imaginary -- despite me presenting with a legitimate, documented neurological history. nThis was humiliating, inappropriate, and negligent behavior -- not just medically, but professionally and ethically. I am especially disturbed by:nu2022tHis public outburst and refusal of carenu2022tHis dismissal of real medical history without basisnu2022tHis breach of verbal agreement for treatmentnu2022tHis unjustified personal attack telling me to seek psychiatric care without causennThis kind of behavior is not just unprofessional -- it's dangerous. Due to his refusal, I now have to go to the emergency room, while my condition worsens -- all because of one doctor's ego and irresponsibility. nThere are likely security cameras that captured the entire outburst -- especially between 4:30 PM and 5:15 PM -- including him storming out of the room and giving instructions at the reception to block and refund me.
