I have taken my son now twice to Dr Susan on being referred to her by a friend and have decided to keep her as his pediatrician in the city. She is amazingly patient with him and he likes her. Her diagnosis both times were also spot on. The facility is also very easy to navigate and all the staff are super friendly. Would definitely recommend this center for pediatrics.

We've been visiting this clinic for years, and while some of the doctors are truly amazing, the administration has become increasingly problematic. Recently, when things go wrong on their end, they go *really* wrong. Waiting times of 45 minutes have become the norm, and it often feels more like a business focused on maximizing appointments rather than providing genuine care. The administration insists on booking 15-minute appointments for doctors, which leads to chaos and rushed visits. It's a shame, because the medical staff deserve better support from the administration to allow them to give patients the attention they deserve. If you escalate this issue everyone just pretends there is nothing that can be done or needs to u201cspeak to someone elseu201d.

Worst experience!!! Around 2 hours for vaccinatiom!!!nnThey might have good doctors, but the administration is the worst in Dubai. Had an appointment at 12, came in 10 minutes before the appointment, saw the doctor 40 minutes later than the scheduled time, because 2 patients had to enter before me, then had to wait for the vaccine approval for 40 minutes, and the admin first refused to call them to expedite unless 30 minutes have passed and then after the approval finally came the nurse again kept us waiting to do the triage for another patient because all other nurses were on break!!nnZero respect for the patients and their time

Dr Taqi is a very friendly doctor and explains very well. The support staff too are very helpful too. Vineetha meets and speaks with a very friendly smile and tone putting patients at ease.
I went to Mediclinic Springs for a blood test. I was informed that the requesting facility has not put in the request so I'll have to call them to figure it out and will have to return later once its figured out. nAhmed at billing was extremely helpful to resolve my issue and save me an extra trip. He ensured that he figured out what my issue was and came up with a resolution to the problem. Truly went out of his way to help me as it wasn't even his responsibility in the first place. A true star!!!
