Not at all happy with the attitude it’s been 3 days now since blood test and no one has bothered to call to update the status we had same experience for my husband as well and we have even raised a complaint but absolutely no response. Is there even a proper department that really looks into such matters cos it’s doesn’t look like anyone even takes the complaints seriously? worst experience ever. i did some blood tests and other tests a couple days ago because i haven’t been feeling well, and no one called to tell me the results. i still don’t know what’s going on with my body, no results, no call back, and no specific medications given to take. they answered my calls, yet never gave me the results or what medications i should be on. worst experience ever.
Dr. Eissan Ragab she is simply amazing with clients. Her patience in looking in depth of our skin, checking why it’s affected from diet to hereditary. Have seen many dermatology in Dubai, but she is definitely the best.
I want to send a big thank you to Nirvana for her amazing support, care and effective treatment. I always feel much better after the visit and the treatment. Nirvana always explains everything clearly to me and does the perfect treatment. I also would like to thanks Ahmed from the reception team for his excellent service.
Must say one of the best clinics in Dubai. Right from the service and hospitability everything is on point. The nurses are very calm and patient. Doctors are very experienced and large range of availability of doctors of all specialities. All those who are visiting for the first time please mind that it's an expensive clinic compared to any other clinics in Dubai. Its a bit on higher side even with insurance Co pay. But it's not - Not affordable. For example for a good insurance you mind end up paying AED 150 for a consultation for the first time. Just as information for new comers. But overall absolutely love Mediclinic and their standards.
