I have had two less-than-satisfactory experiences with the pediatrics department. While the nursing staff was generally attentive and professional, my interaction with the doctor regarding my child’s care was disappointing. The doctor appeared impatient and dismissive when I sought to clarify and better understand the optional vaccine she recommended, leaving me feeling unheard and concerned about the overall communication and approach to patient care.
I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Sweta Das at n my skin condition. She is first doctor who suggested the accurate line of treatment. We started with microneedling and it has given me absolutely amazing results. Dr. Sweta does everything with an absolute precision. Catherine, her nurse has been amazing with the preparations & after care. I would certainly recommend this to all who are looking to do something for their skin with the age.nThanks
I want to take a moment to express my gratitude for the professional & exceptional care we receive me & my family from Dr. Joannes Johannes C. Van Dijk since years now .His thoroughness in examining the patient condition and explaining the treatment options with simple words is truly impressive . It’s clear that his priority is the health of his patients, which is incredibly reassuring.
Nice courteous nurse. Algie was great and gentle taking blood. However service is terrible. Blood tests taken 4 days ago haven't been uploaded into the portal, no contact from doctor at all after all samples provided. Phone lines go unanswered. Recommend going elsewhere.
