I should rate it as zero, since I don’t have that option I am rating one. Waited around 1.5hours to see a doctor were the receptionist told me I can visit the doctor in 10 min. Before taking blood sample They were waiting for insurance approval and they weren’t even ready to follow up the same with the insurance company. Considering my wife’s situation and we came to visit with my kids and staying in a hospital for around 3 hours was a horrible experience. Such a a poor patient care never experienced before in my life.
