This is my 4th session with Gill the physiotherapist treating my foot and I have seen a lot of improvement! The rehabilitation exercises that she gave me were very effective. She is very professional and explains everything in details although I don't know the terminologies, yet she takes her time and explain. The clinic is very clean and new! The staff are super friendly. It is very convenient as it is in the mall. Highly recommend Gill !!

I recently took my daughter to see Dr. Eleanor, and I have to say, she exceeded my expectations! Dr. Eleanor is exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable, making us feel comfortable and well cared for during our visit. Her expertise was evident as she thoroughly addressed all our questions and concerns, providing us with valuable information about my daughter's health. nThe nursing staff were equally impressive. They were attentive, compassionate, and clearly dedicated to their work. The level of care they provided added to our positive experience at the clinic. nHowever, I did encounter a frustrating situation during our initial registration process. As it was our first visit, I needed to register my daughter's ID. I stood at the registration counter for a noticeable amount of time without any staff present to assist. It was disheartening that no one informed me that I should queue at the billing counter instead. Despite four people being at the billing counter, nobody acknowledged my presence. nAfter waiting and feeling quite lost, I decided to ask one of the receptionists for help, and she directed me to the billing counter. This lack of proactive communication from the reception staff was disappointing and led to a lot of unnecessary waiting. nIn summary, while my experience with Dr. Eleanor and the nursing team was fantastic, the inefficiency and communication lapse at the reception were frustrating. I believe minor adjustments in the reception area could greatly enhance the patient experience. Overall, I would recommend Dr. Eleanor for her excellent care, but I hope the clinic improves its reception processes for future visits.
