Then she only pointed to the nursing station and told me to ask the nurse myself in a very dismissive way which I did. The nurse whom we spoke assisted me by asking the assigned nurse but this is after she told me u201chave you not considered taking your son to the ERu201d. I was really taken aback by this. By this time, Iu2019m already feeling so down. Then the assigned nurse Ms Mary spoke to us, emphasizing the waiting time and that Dr will definitely see us but does not want patients who were in a hurry. ud83dude33 Which we are not by the way and which we understand. And she did not even bother asking us what happened to our son. Let alone check his vitals. So we really felt unwelcome today. I understand we were just walking-in but we were anxious parents whou2019s first thought was to ask for help from someone we already know and trust and be guided accordingly and not to be made feel like we are a bother and being set aside. I know we as walk-in will wait but despite saying my son has been vomiting, at least his vital signs should have been checked. Few minutes after realizing and feeling bad about all these, we decided to leave and just went in a different clinic. While were on our way outside, I even saw the nurse again happily discharging her patient, laughing with them and I thought to myself, that smile was not extended to us and she had the time to laugh and smile with other patients but no time to check otheru2019s child.";.

Doctor Alam and Doctor Razak are so amazing. I visited Mediclinic with a migraine and some other issues but the smiles these two doctors put on my face took all my sickness away and I was 90 percent well even before taking my medication. Thank you Dr Alam and Dr Razak. I really appreciate you.

Pathetic service. nFirst didn't issue the medicine saying it's that the insurance platform is down. I called to follow up at 7.30pm , mind you I went to clinic at 4pmnnThey said the request have been made the call center cannot seem to get through to the branch. nThen I got a WhatsApp to place the online delivery only available from tomorrow 9am onwards , is this how you are supposed to take care of patients ?nnAnd both the times I haven asking for the prescription to be sent out which they don't. When I asked to speak to a maneger I was put on hold for 10 minnnThis is unacceptable behaviour for a healthcare sector. I want this concerned raised to the highest level possible

Dr. Tanweer Hussain and Daryl are amazing! They made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout my visit. Dr. Hussain is professional, gentle, and takes the time to explain everything for each of my visit. Daryl was also friendly and very efficient. Highly recommend this team for excellent dental care!

She has a gentle and reassuring manner that makes you feel comfortable. I was surprised by how relaxed I felt throughout the visit. Highly recommended OB-Gyne!nnAs for my son's pedia, Dr. Girlie truly knows how to connect with kids. My son used to be afraid of doctors, especially when it came to tests. But after our visit to Dr. Girlie, he felt completely at ease. She has a special way of gaining a child's trust and making them feel comfortable. So grateful for her gentle and caring approach!
