My experience with Mr Luke (Physiotherapist) in Mediclinic city hospital is excellent. He's very professional and understands the patients problem well and treats suitably resulting in very good results. My ongoing Physiotherapy sessions with Luke are helping me deal with my Knee pain with good results. I can say he's the best Physiotherapist I have seen.

I gave birth on the 26 January for the second time at City Hospital. My overall experience is outstanding . Firstly my OBG Dr Gadah was amazing. The way she treated me throughout the 9months and during delivery was outstanding with so much grace and patience. I would highly recommend her. Her calming nature during delivery was positive. nThe midwife Louise was incredible and supportive during my labour constantly supporting me and motivating me. She had so much patience and grace while handling everything. nThe maternity ward staff was extremely helpful, experienced and had so much patience too. The night nurse helped me with everything from taking a shower to breastfeeding despite this being the second baby. When calling for assistance they came immediately especially TheyannThe lactation consultant Maya was so knowledgeable and came to visit me twice with valuable advice. nThank you to the team for making my birth experience positive allowing me to have a great start of an important journey giving me a positive mental health

Extremely poor cleaning, especially the toilets are too old. Lack of communication is everywhere. nThe insurance team was horrible in handling my case

Mediclinic City Hospital is our trusted health care provider in Dubai way back 2011. We are lucky we have the best doctors caring for us through the years and their facilities are top-notch. We didn't even feel we're in a hospital. It's very clean and most of the staff/nurses are friendly/accommodating. Kudos to Dr. Zuhair Yousif (Cardiology) and Dr. Imad Ahmad (Neurosurgery), the Best doctor-friends we've known and both lifesavers to my husband. Their expertise, dedication, passion, and genuine care/concern to their patients leave an unforgettable, lasting mark in our family's life. We are truly grateful for them.
