When we asked if they could accept a guaranteed cheque instead, the hospital refused and insisted on an immediate payment through a link. The most frustrating part is that the insurance approval was received at 12:30 pm, but the hospital pressured us into paying them at 1:16 pm u2013 a full 46 minutes later! Mediclinic City Hospital is our trusted health care provider in Dubai way back 2011. We are lucky we have the best doctors caring for us through the years and their facilities are top-notch. We didn't even feel we're in a hospital. It's very clean and most of the staff/nurses are friendly/accommodating. Kudos to Dr. Zuhair Yousif (Cardiology) and Dr. Imad Ahmad (Neurosurgery), the Best doctor-friends we've known and both lifesavers to my husband. Their expertise, dedication, passion, and genuine care/concern to their patients leave an unforgettable, lasting mark in our family's life. We are truly grateful for them. We Love ❤️ Mediclinic City Hospital!

This is my second review after being in a completely different stage of my healing journey. I was amazed by the mount of care and professionalism of all the medical staff . After my surgery i have never felt that much relaxed ,no pain, no stress, all of the staff who were included in my journey (pre , during and post surgery) all of them were very kind , caring, talented , professional. The quality of services and medical supplies are amazing , my doctor (doctor veronica) she is an angel send from God . I have so many good feedbacks about all of them but if i write it down here it will become a book. I recommend every patient to not be hesitant and to visit this hospital. Many thanks for all of your services

Words cannot fully express how incredible Dr. Jubeer (pediatrician) was during our visit. He is beyond excellent--highly experienced, understanding, and extremely accommodating. Dr. Jubeer made our entire experience so much better, providing comfort not only to my baby but also to me and my husband. He treated us with such care and professionalism that we felt reassured throughout the process. I truly wish he had his own clinic so we could visit him regularly!

I am a patient who's receiving treatment weekly in Mediclinic. Since Melanie Lerios is working in the department of oncologist, she change my life. She is so hard worker, professional, human. Every time I send her a message, she reply quickly. She's doing more than she should do. You can feel she loves her job and doesn't count if what you ask is her duty or not. Melanie is a woman who's always smiling and polite. It's the kind of person who makes a difference in a patient's life. I will always be grateful for everything she did to me.
