This is the worst hospital branch I have ever dealt with. The staff is not helpful. Their system is very complicated. Even the hot line response is useless.

I've visited MedClinic Baniyas three times now, and unfortunately, I've encountered the same issue with their time management and appointments. On each occasion, despite arriving on time for my scheduled appointment, I experienced significant delays, and the doctors appeared to take unscheduled breaks. Consistency in time management is crucial for patients who value their time and have busy schedules. I hope the clinic can address these recurring issues and enhance the overall patient experience.

This is the worst clinic i went in my life time. Dr gave prescription which is not available in the pharmacy went to pharmacy she kept me waiting first then provided one alternate medicine and 2nd medicine she asked me to go other pharmacy. Checked 3 pharmacies and medicine is not here called helpline they said it ll take 24 hrs to change medicine and email and i amnHere now again to meet dr instead. I had no bp when i came in morning it was normal now due to the bp medicine issue my bp is high. I thought i came to reduce my bp issues here. Worst ever please dont waste ur time here . Never coming back to this place
