5/5nnI started my treatment journey at Al Jowhara Medical Clinic in Al Ain. Let me begin by saying that this hospital is beautiful with all its facilities and meets the needs of the Al Ain residents. nI found that the staff here genuinely love helping patients, and the nurses and doctors are courteous and exhibit a high level of professionalism. nI would like to thank Adnan Jalkhi, Miss Areej, and also the therapist who performed the ULTRASONIC THERAPY

In terms of reception and staff, everything was fine, but when I went to see Dr. Nasir Hindi Sirhan, he didn't even listen to me about my complaints. He just wanted to perform an operation on me, and his manner was not at all ok with the patients. I don't advise anyone who wants an ENT doctor to make an appointment with him !

Easy to get appointment and the hospital is very neat and clean. Good service from the nurse and doctor.
Came with ear bleeding and severe headache and they made me wait for 1 hour and allow every other patient in (who came afterwards) regardless of my condition, when i ask the nurse she was like this is the process. Poor patient care and communication. Waste of time and energy with no consideration to your health.
