Horrifying experience! If there is anything less than 1, I would rate that. Slow response with the call center, no one picks up when being transfered to your preferred hospital location. The first question I got asked at the reception is what is my insurance?nI wait to see a consultant surgeon ( Zelal Al Abed ), and the treatment was abysmal. No respect for my condition, she doesn't even care to take my medical information card when I extended my hand ( that has instructions from my surgeon, that knows my condition and was the one that did my surgery ) which I needed to follow by the way, refusing to follow that saying that she will conduct her own assessment and will pick what needs to be done regardless of what I require and need not taking into account how crucial that is to my recovery and healing to follow the instructions of my surgeon ( Being a consultant surgeon, that doesn't justify this treatment and lack of basic manners and disregard for the instructions provided by a fellow colleague shared for the care of their patient ). Not only that, I get sent to wait at the procedure room expecting as she said that she would be following shortly, I find out that she starts accepting another patient during the time of my consultation where there was no respect for my time which is paid for. I was kept waiting with no news whatsoever and with this rudeness I left refusing to be treated this way. Wouldn't recommend this hospital or this specific doctor, that has no regard for their patients , their care or their specific needs ( Seeing as clearly this was a response to knowing it was done by a different surgeon that is not from their hospital or done in their hospital ).

Today i have a really bad experiance i go for followup after 3 days but still i did not get my x ray report in rediology department they make me up and down from 4th floor to ground floor 3 times to get my report but nothing i waited for an hour with seviour kidney stone pain.

I was directed to ER for CT scan yesterday but after having done it the doctor never came to explain to me what is the result/findings, I have waited there in ER 1hour just to know whats wrong with me why do I feel pain in my right abdomen, Only the nurse informed me I am discharge and got a fatty liver need to diet, doctor never came in me to at least explain whats the result, what should I need to do and I left the hospital without any proper answers and explanation to the doctor for my result, Even no any proper medication has instructed to me to do so,nAt least even I am an expat I need a good treatment as well, and proper explanation for whatever condition I have right now. Not worth it.
The overall experience was excellent. The clinician provided the necessary information and treatment plan appropriately with good explanation. The laboratory and Radiology service were on time. The only challenge I faced at the pharmacy was that the wait period was a little long. Otherwise I am satisfied and happy with the consultations I had for me and my family. Thank you
