I had an appointment at 5:15. I arrived 4:45 to complete all the formalities. The doctor was running late. Nobody informed me of that. The doctor showed up 5:35 and started attending another patient. I waited until 5:55. I went to the counter and asked the staff to cancel my appointment because I had been waiting too long. She returned my ID like nothing had happened. Nobody bothered, and I wasted my time in the clinic.

This is my first experience in long term hospital. 1 st I wanna thanks dr Nabeel he did his best for my surgery. Also all staff did Great service. I feel same like my home. nAfter 3 days I came back to home. I believe I'll recover soon.
