I am deeply disappointed with the service at the hospital, as it seems the focus is more on extracting money from patients rather than providing proper care. During my first visit, the doctor advised a treatment course to be applied over two weeks, with a follow-up consultation to test and observe the results. I was instructed to book a consultation after two weeks for this follow-up.nnHowever, when I returned to the hospital, I was told that I needed to pay again for the consultation and that the free follow-up had to be within one week, which contradicts what the doctor advised. Despite my efforts to explain this, there was no understanding from the hospital staff, and I ended up leaving.nnThis experience has been frustrating and disappointing.nnTry to be honest and clear from the beginning
