Room is very nice. Nurses and staff are all nice especially Maripert (Dr Sura's nurse) and Veneetha. Thank you to my Doctors - Dr Sura, Dr Zudhi, Dr Mansi.

Be cautious, they will tell you Fazaa discount is acceptable for immediate family members and once on the cashier they will say it is only husband and wife plus father and mother so they did not accept it for my sister. Very bad misleading information on their call center and even at their reception.

We had an outstanding experience at Medcare. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, we were incredibly well looked after. Every member of staff--from the medical team to security (valet) and the cleaning team--went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We're truly grateful that we chose to give birth at Medcare and will certainly be returning in the future. A special thank you to Dr Maya, who was amazing throughout--we're so thankful.
