Dr Deepak is so good with kids. Can't thank him enough for getting the attention and making physio sessions fun for my kids.nAdministration definitely needs process correction and attitude correction.nBut can't thank Dr Deepak enuf. He is amazing and hence have to overlook the service too.

I feel really sorry for clinic well built in innovative and good treating doctors but low level administrative staff I wish i can give zero to administration service . It’s so complicated to get the appointments, never answering calls, never giving proper answers, never following up, but using condescending words. Never accept their fault. These review is not about treating doctors(physicians) , Treating Doctors are good, I really like the treatments of doctors, impressing innovative high technology the clinic has , the way how they speak respectfully and treat patients is really high level, however until you reach for the treatment with them you need pass through so complicated staff and unprofessional team of administrators with so much hassle. Feels like administration team don't know how to deal with patients and don't know their job, additionally using condescending words towards instead of assisting patient. They never communicate with each other don’t have records in system or keep sending the patient here and there, service of administration and appointment team are not helpful at all. Instead of helping to patient they are forcing the patient to escape from all of those hassle and go to other clinic and choose other clinic where everything is convenient for patient.

Her expertise and dedication were instrumental in my recovery. Before her treatment, my pain was so severe that it caused sleepless nights. I totally loved the free obstetric physio session provided by blossom maternity programme .nnDr. Netra taught about conscious breathing; esp when in labour, good posture and exercises to strengthen pelvic muscles .nMedcare is definitely the hospital to visit especially for new moms to be👍👍👍
