My husband had yet another excellent experience at Medcare Orthopaedics & Spine Hospital. The staff were incredibly professional, compassionate, and attentive throughout his stay. Dr Maan Taba and nurses took the time to explain everything clearly, and he felt well cared for at all times. The facility was clean, and he appreciated the quick response times and the level of empathy shown by everyone. Thank you for making a difficult time for him much easier.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hospital. I arrived on time for my appointment, but I was kept waiting for over an hour. When I asked the staff, they told me the doctor was still with another patient and to wait a little longer which turned into another 30 minutes with no updates or apologies. nUnfortunately, this wasn't the first time. Two weeks ago, I had another appointment with a dermatologist, and I was also delayed because the doctor hadn't even arrived at the hospital during her scheduled working hours. nThis kind of behavior is highly unprofessional and unethical. It's unacceptable to make patients wait this long, especially when we have other commitments and responsibilities. nI do not recommend this hospital to anyone who values their time or expects proper appointment management.
My son was recently admitted to the hospital for emergency surgery. In the midst of such a stressful and uncertain time, the care he received made all the difference. The entire medical team was outstanding. The nurses were compassionate and attentive, providing both comfort and excellent care. The anesthesiologist was calm, professional, and reassuring. And the doctor who performed the surgery was simply exceptional. We are deeply grateful. In moments like these, being in the hands of capable and caring professionals means everything.
