My wife has been suffering with acne and hyperpigmentation for a long time.. We tried different doctors.. but nothing worked out in a long run.. She kept getting them back. She got sunspot also additionally. We finally met Dr Nancy and her medicines just made wonders.. She is super happy and I can see the huge difference in her face. We absolutely recommend this doctor for any one with any skin condition. She seems to be knowledgeable and utmost polite.
I had a mixed experience at this clinic. The doctor and nurses were excellent--professional, kind, and highly competent in their care. However, the reception staff were the complete opposite. Their behavior was unprofessional and unnecessarily aggressive, making the patient experience stressful rather than welcoming. They did not reflect the clinic's slogan, We will treat you well, in any way. The receptionist, in particular, lacked professionalism and failed to handle patients with the care and respect expected in a medical setting. This is an area that urgently needs improvement.
