The reception service is not satisfactory at all in the Sharjah branch. There aren't many patients, but they don't rush to serve you and crowd together, leaving patients waiting. Is this satisfactory service? I will make my next appointments in the Dubai branch, it's better.

I have a complaint regarding the wheelchairs for people with special needs and the elderly at the hospital. They lack safety and cleanliness, and they are old and worn out. The hospital presents itself as high-end in marketing and appearance, and it is a private hospital that claims to be one of the best. However, in reality, they have only succeeded in marketing. nIf the hospital administration is unable to afford new wheelchairs, they can reach out to us, and we would be willing to donate new ones for the safety and protection of the patients, to prevent any accidents or falls.

Medcare is Very Good hospital and Good service was provided. Overall experience was good and no complains about the services. Room service staff Ms. Suntali and Ms.Eshwori, who were available at all times when requested to clean the room. They made a point that we had clean room and clean and dry wash room, our beds were made daily. Overall treatment was good. The services were good and the staff and doctors were excellent in all ways.
