My first time to visit Medcare Al Safa although I met my doctor earlier in another hospital. He is very nice. I am here in Radiology since more than 3 hours. There is only 1 radiologist. I started observing (after 3:52pm) that after almost every 35 minutes, only 1 name was being reduced from the waiting list. With the cashier too, I tried to make him understand one point but he seemed reluctant to understand until I went to my doctor again and he clarified the same point to him via Nurse. I hope all other things are good.

Im staying at room 209, I had a surgery and it went very well with Dr. HoussamnAltrabulsi, the nurses are very attentive in assisting me as well. The housekeeping is very helpful and always likes to keep the room clean and tidy. The Housekeeping team and female supervisor Dihana did an excellent job, i had a surgery and cannot have hard food at the moment. They are very kind in keeping my table with few bottles of water. My overall experienced with the hospital is outstanding... Thank you
I recently visited Medcare Hospital, Al Safa, for treatment that involved undergoing a few procedures and injections. As someone who is quite anxious and scared of injections, I was naturally very nervous. nHowever, I would like to sincerely appreciate the exceptional care and support provided by Nurse Ms. Vina and Nurse Ms. Jency. They were not only professional and efficient, but also incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. They handled my fear with great compassion, reassured me throughout the process, and made the entire experience far more comfortable than I had expected.
