He also indicated that the procedure could ideally be scheduled for Saturday, September 14. Although my insurance confirmed the approval on the same day, I did not receive any follow-up communication from either that specialist's team or the hospital.nnAfter waiting two days without any updates, I contacted my insurance to confirm that the approval had indeed been processed. Upon confirmation, I made several attempts to reach the hospital by phone and email to cancel the approval, as my symptoms were worsening and I needed to seek care elsewhere. Despite my efforts, I received no response from Medcare Al safa hospital. Moreover, I discovered that the cancellation request had not been forwarded to the relevant team and was still not processed, though the ticket was closed. As a result, the approval remains with the hospital, and I have yet to receive any communication from the doctor or hospital regarding an appointment after 3 days from the approval.nnOn Saturday night, September 14, I was informed by my insurance that Medcare Al Safa Hospital had not canceled the approval, preventing me from proceeding with another facility. The call centeru2019s repeated reopening of the ticket without resolving the issue was both inadequate and frustrating.nnThis lack of response and failure to address the cancellation request is extremely unacceptable. Closing a ticket while leaving the issue unresolved is highly problematic and exacerbates the situation.nnThe level of incompetence and lack of follow-up from both the relevant team and the hospitalu2019s administrative team is unacceptable, particularly from a well-regarded institution like Medcare. This situation has not only been a significant inconvenience but also poses a potential risk to my health.nnRegrettably, this is not my first negative experience with Medcare, despite my hope for improvement.       We wanted to extend our heartfelt thanks to DR.JAMIL and his TEAM. nDr.Jamil is an artist he was able to successfully do the surgery of my 5yrs old daughter and remove the entire extra skin without even doing the grafting. nThanks to all the sister's and Sister Ghanapyari for the exceptional care and compassion provided to our daughter during her recent surgery. Their kindness and attentiveness made all the difference, and we felt reassured knowing she was in such capable and loving hands. nYour dedication to caring for her as if she were your own daughter touched us deeply. The attention to detail you demonstrated in every aspect of her care was truly remarkable.       I had high fever that the regular medication would not take it down , the hospital quickly made all the required examinations to find out my case and had me stay to keep an eye on the fever , the examination and the x-ray took less than an hour . The staff of doctors and nurses are super professional and super nice and caring and making each patient feel important . The room is very cozy and the cleaning service is always make sure the room is 24/7. The food and basil catering service is excellent , delicious and always on time nice staff and great service. The kitchen supervisor Mr.Shaheen and from the staff Evelyn and all the team were friendly nice and caring and made sure I get everything I need . Thank you very much 😊

      I had an exceptional experience with Ms. Ancy EJ (Nurse)and Jen (Reception) at the Medcare Al Safa (Endocrinology department). Both were incredibly professional, compassionate, and attentive to every detail of my care. Their dedication and warm approach truly make a difference. Highly recommended!
