Worst clinic in terms of customer service. Instead of admitting their mistake, reception is blaming appointments team and telling me that I spoke to the appointments team and not clinic itself so it's not their fault. This is unprofessional as both teams represent the clinic. Wasted my time from 12:20PM to 1:45PM and then I left without seeing the doctor. 0 stars not even 1.

Worst time management ever , I have an appointment with the doctor at 12:20 and i arrived 11:50 , and now 12:57 and I'm still waiting , I don't know what is the purpose of this thing , if the doctor have patients or he is in operation room why you are giving people wrong time to meet the doctor ? You must schedule everything , there is an Emirati women for registration , she must take some lessons to how to talk with the people who came to this clinic , its not about anything you want to say , you can say it , I'm not you friend or your cousin. Do not interfere in something that's not within your scope of work.
Excellent professional team. Dr. Saeed is very knowledgeable and addresses health issues in a very thorough way, treatment plan was easy to understand and execute. The dietitian as well is supportive and helps make treatment easy to complete while still enjoying nutrition.
