They do not accept my biopsy request from a senior surgeon saying that i am supposed to get a mammogram first. They do have my ultrasound pictures and everything but they are forcing me to get more radiation while im having an abnormal cell. The worst service ever, no one can guve me a normal answer and they are all liars. Customer service jitu givingg me an advice as if he has medical background and telling me to write an email to general their general email address. They are risking my life by postponing the procedure. Unbelievable no one can speak with the top management.
