  Great Results and Professional Service!nnI've been coming to Mawi Day Surgical Center for over 10 years, and the experience has always been excellent.Dr. Eman does amazing work with my lip fillers, and Dr. Raghad has taken care of my other procedures of fillers, botox, threads, and more procedures with great skill. The clinic is always welcoming, and the results speak for themselves. Highly recommend!

  False Promises & Unethical Business PracticesnnI had a very disappointing experience with Mawi Day Surgical Center. When I initially signed up for one of their services, I was explicitly told that it included lifetime service. Based on this assurance, me along with my sister have paid a significant amount for that package. However, the clinic has now gone back on its word, refusing to honor the agreement and providing invalid and unrighteous reasons. When I asked to talk to management or the admin they didn't make that possible by stating that someone is going to call back, yet no one called. Then I had to book a fake appointment just to be able to meet with management, as they were otherwise unresponsive. This alone speaks volumes about how they handle customer concerns. nI then met with Dr. Raghad and Dr. Sohailah (both from the management) to discuss the matter. Unfortunately, instead of addressing the issue fairly, they kept revolving around excuses that were completely unjustified. nThis lack of integrity and professionalism is unacceptable, especially in a medical establishment. I strongly advise others to get everything in writing before committing to any services here. Also I would recommend reconsidering if you'd like to take any service with such a clinic that is willing to clearly break financial promises.

  I had a very disappointing experience with Mawi Clinic. I paid 15,000 AED for a lifetime laser package, clearly outlined in a contract. However, when I recently tried to book an appointment, I was told I would need to pay again because the management has changed--despite the fact that the owner remains the same. nI gave the clinic a week to resolve this issue, but no one contacted me or took responsibility. Every time I called, they told me it was u201cnot their problemu201d and that I would have to pay again. nOn top of this, their service coordination is terrible. Previously, when I tried to book an appointment, they told me the specialist wasn't available and would arrive on 19/11. However, when I called back on 18/11, they told me she wouldn't arrive until 23/11. They clearly have no proper scheduling system and don't seem to care about their clients' time or concerns. nI feel completely let down by the clinic and their unprofessional behavior. I would not recommend Mawi Clinic to anyone based on this experience.if i can rate them under one i would ud83dudc4eud83cudffcud83dudc4eud83cudffcud83dudc4eud83cudffcud83dudc4eud83cudffcud83dudc4eud83cudffcud83dudc4eud83cudffcud83dudc4eud83cudffc
