They told me only Thiqa is accepted there while they were listed on my direct billing. When I asked my insurance they confirmed that they are direct billing. Weeks later someone from them called me to confirm that they are in fact direct billing. However no action was taken and my claim papers were never emailed to me even though I asked for them. I personally had to call again and follow up for the nurse to tell me direct billing was only activated this week for my insurance (while the guy who called me confirmed that my insurance has always been direct billing) I had to ask them to send me the claim papers which they sent missing the medical report. When I asked for the medical report they asked if I signed a consent form (why was this not asked on the first day when I asked for the claim documents that they never sent?) this lack of professional treatment is horrible especially when you’re dealing with mental load.

I’ve had a genuinely positive experience at Maudsley Health, and I’m especially grateful for Dr. Waleed. He’s one of those rare professionals who actually listens, not just to your symptoms, but to your story. There’s no cold, clinical detachment here. He treats you as a whole person, with care that’s thoughtful, grounded, and deeply respectful. The entire team at Maudsley is welcoming, and the environment itself feels safe and calm. What stood out to me is how individualized the care is. It’s not one-size-fits-all or far-removed like some clinics; they take the time to understand you and adjust accordingly. If you’re looking for mental health support that’s both professional and personal, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dr. Waleed and the team.

I recommend this place for adults, I’ve been doing therapy for the first time in my life since July last year. And i chose to start my therapy with Maudsley Health, and i’m so glad I did. My therapist is Ms. Melissa and I can’t describe how great she is, she understands me well, knows how to describe my feelings and why i’m feeling a certain way, even if I’m struggling to speak and let things out.

Working with Dr. Rima at Maudsley Clinic completely changed my life. The inner child work she guided me through literally rewired my brain, improving my marriage, my parenting, and my overall outlook on life. She inspired me so deeply that I wanted to help others the way she helped me. I went on to start my MSc in Psychology of Mental Health and even launched a podcast, Reflections and Realisations, to share these insights with others. I have seen Dr Rima for a couple of months when my depression, anxiety was at its peak. I’m working mom wearing a lot of hats and has responsibilities in very demanding stressful industry. I have transformed as person and my relationship have dramatically improved, I’m way better space mentally and emotionally. I’m empowered at my work and is able to manage problems more efficiently and critically. Because of her I can give back and contribute to my family, society and my country. God bless her always and would highly recommend her specially for working moms who are struggling, she is simply extraordinary amazing❤️
