I recently visited this medical center and had a fantastic experience. The reception staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The nurse was also very professional and attentive, ensuring I was comfortable throughout the appointment. nI was particularly impressed with Dr. Sam, who is from Bangladesh. He was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain my condition and treatment options thoroughly. His expertise and compassionate approach put me at ease. nOverall, I highly recommend for their excellent service and caring staff.

Horrible Service. The staff booked my appointment at 10 am, 3 days back. As we reached, They mentioned my appointment was not booked. As it was our off day and we left another important appointment because of this.They mentioned you need to come next week. I tried to talk with the owners wife who was extremely rude. She said go talk to Dr Pradipta,you came late. She left in middle of the conversation without giving a damn. 3 years I have been coming in this clinic and this is the service I get. Absolutely disappointing . Worst service I have had in Dubai

The 1 star is for the Doctor. nDisappointed on the staff in the reception. After my consultation with the OB there is no update. I should have another test and need for approval in the insurance. They told me that they will message me the next day. But I didn't receive any message or call from them. I called them after a week and they promise me that they will give me update the same day I called them but another have passed there is still no update up until now. Clinic should hire an excellent staff on your front desk who will do their job properly.
I recently visited Marhaba Medical Centre for a blood investigation. The experience was very nice and different from many other centers I visited in Dubai. Staff were very friendly and the overall cost of investigation was affordable. A calm and relaxing ambiance made the whole procedure even better. Special thanks to Mr. Rakesh Dubey for introducing this centre to me. Highly recommended ud83eudd70
