Amazing shop and service! Before I been just customer of shop, but previous week I brought my bf's Cartier sunglasses, and situation was almost without hope (because I seat on them ) - they fixed on less time, then they promised and it looks like nothing happened at all. My heart and my trust with MAGRABI and you can be sure about quality of items they sell and all service they provide! See you soon MAGRABI, hopefully only for new shopping :)

I went to 4 optical stores in Marina mall and no one could help me fix the cushion on my glasses as my daughter has accidentally stepped on them and broke the cushions. When I came into the store Ahmed gamal was the only one who could fix it and also gave me a complimentary glass cleaner. He was amazing and truly cared. Amazing and will always use
