  I recently had a great experience at this optical shop. The optometrist Jane was extremely welcoming and knowledgeable. She took the time to carefully check my lens power and made sure it was corrected properly. nI highly recommend this shop for anyone in need of an eye exam or new glasses.

  I ordered a Prada Glasses, when i went to receive it was v loose and I refused to receive it. However, it is been more than 3 weeks now and the branch didn't refund my money. I am the one who follows up with them for a week now, whrn I asked for the proof of refund to follow up with the bank for such significant delay, Dr Loay told me that there was an issue with the refund process!l and the card rejected the transaction! I have no clue why?nSo again he requested my IBAN to send the money as a bank transfer, however till now I received neither any form of refund proof nor the money in mu account!nUnfortunately v disappointing experience, last time with Maghrabi.
