I had a Hydrafacial and laser session at Portofino Clinic with technician Mrs. Farnaz, and it was a great experience. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and very attentive throughout the whole procedure. She explained each step clearly and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The results were excellent and my skin felt noticeably refreshed and smooth after the treatment. You can really tell she has a lot of experience and takes pride in her work. Portofino Clinic is very clean, well organized, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend Mrs. Farnaz to anyone looking for professional skincare treatments. Came in for a Red Carpet treatment. My therapist was amazingly precise and my treatment was professionaly executed. I also saw the Doctor for Skinboosters. The Doctor had a personality of a brick but at least she was straight forward. The lady upfront from Lebanon in charge of customer care well , she was trying to up sell like no tomorrow. In Europe, she would be considered very rude. I just ignored her. Overall this is a good clinic. But if you're coming from the Marina area or Palm you might find better options closer by. I found the travel time and the rudeness not worth it.
