Unfortunately, the experience has been deeply disappointing. The food quality was subpar, with meals spoiling rapidly, even when stored in the fridge as instructed. This is unacceptable for a service advertised as providing fresh, low-calorie meals. nAdditionally, the response to my complaints was handled with a lack of professionalism. Despite numerous discussions with various staff members, the resolutions offered were inadequate. Such service undermines the trust and confidence customers place in your establishment. nRegrettably, I cannot recommend Low Calories based on my experience, unless significant improvements are made in food quality and customer service. It is essential for potential customers to be aware of these issues before subscribing to their meal plans.

It's my first time using a plan meal service and honestly they raise the bar so high the food is amazing customer service, and Mr. Ahmad Alzein was very helpful , since i had custom timing and diet he was very flexible with that , highly recommended
I drove 20 minutes to try this place, only to be told it was closed despite the restaurant being open and no updates on Instagram or Google. Disappointing experience, especially when I arrived starving. Clear communication would go a long way!
