I have been going to the Lotus center, Doctor Rishna has been the best! I've had problems with my shoulder and arm, she helped me a lot by advising me some exercises to do at home, she's very gentle and kind. I went to dr Naseema with significant debilitating symptoms due to stress. This affects my stomach, liver, hormones and many other systems in my body. I had run out of hope when i finally was recommended dr naseema by 2 family members and in so grateful i did. I was recommended a magic natural supplement and after a package of 10 sessions of acupuncture, massage and hijama over 3 weeks - I felt a significant improvement in my mood and symptoms. I am back in the uk now and seeking similar support but cannot find anything as comprehensive as what lotus had to offer. Thank you so so much Lotus and Dr Naseema for everything.
