I have been a patient of Dr. Joseph Nemeh for a long time, and I can confidently say he is the best when it comes to Botox, fillers, and all skin treatments.He is incredibly professional, skilled, and cares about his patients. I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. First, I was left waiting for over an hour past my appointment time, which was incredibly frustrating. When I was finally seen, the doctor seemed completely rushed and unprofessional. Instead of focusing on me, they were constantly running from room to room, barely spending any time with me or answering my questions. It felt like I was just another number on the schedule, and the lack of attention made me feel undervalued as a patient. I will not be returning and would not recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality care.

They kept me waiting for an unnecessarily long time, even though there was no apparent reason or rush. nThe most frustrating part was how they treated me during the consultation. Once the scheduled time was up, they hurried me out of the room without addressing all my concerns, making it clear they prioritize time limits over client care. nThe receptionist lacked professionalism and seemed untrained in proper client interaction. The attitude was dismissive, and the communication style made me feel unwelcome and unimportant. nHonestly, the only thing keeping this clinic afloat is Dr. Randa. Without her expertise and reputation, I doubt they would have any clients. The rest of the clinic's management and staff need serious improvement in how they treat patients. Until then, I wouldn't recommend this place.
