The X-ray technician was very polite, patient, and helpful. She guided me through the procedure calmly and made the whole experience comfortable. I really appreciate her professionalism. Despite it being late and her shift already ending, she stayed extra time and waited patiently so patients could complete their X-rays. Her dedication and care for patients are truly admirable. Disappointing Experience at the Front Desk The baddest and poor service branch in UAE.The hospital’s front desk service is completely unsatisfactory. Registration and processing take far too long, and there is no proper system to manage patient flow or guide visitors. It is unacceptable that a facility of this level operates without a PRO or responsible staff to assist patients efficiently. The timings provided by hospital staff are also highly unreliable. During my visit, the X-ray technician was unavailable during the stated hours, forcing me to wait far beyond a reasonable time. What’s worse, the front desk staff had no knowledge of the technician’s schedule and kept giving vague excuses instead of clear answers. It’s evident that the hospital is severely understaffed, and this is directly affecting the quality of service and patient satisfaction. These issues need immediate attention from management. Patients deserve timely, organized, and professional service — not confusion and unnecessary delays.

I had a very disappointing experience with the hospital’s front desk services. I visited due to severe leg pain and required urgent attention. Unfortunately, it took more than 3.5 hours just to receive an emergency pain injection. The front desk staff appeared unprofessional, inexperienced, and poorly coordinated. There was excessive delay, lack of proper guidance, and an overall sense of irresponsibility in handling patients in pain. In situations involving urgent medical needs, efficiency and professionalism are critical — both were clearly lacking during my visit. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their patient handling process.
