Walk in patient. Reception was quick and satisafctory service. GP was thorough and gave clear information. Few minutes in and out. Good Experience

Worst service at reception.chit chat between colleagues in reception and very slow registration process .waiting time for registration at reception will go upto 30 mins..please senior management take action.

The doctors are very competent no doubt!
This was our first visit, and our appointment was at 7:00 pm. We waited 45 minutes before the check-up process started and saw the doctor after an hour. The appointment time seems meaningless. The receptionist was slow and didn't seem to care about our time. If the receptionists continue like this, patients will go to other clinics. I've been to many clinics in UAE and have never experienced such poor service at the reception.
