I visited the clinic for the first time for an eye consultation, and I had a great experience. The staff, including those at the pharmacy, were very helpful and professional, especially the Malayali staff. It's an excellent clinic for consultations, and I highly recommend it to others.

I visited the clinic yesterday but unfortunately very bad experience I encountered with the clinic staff specially with the reception staff. It tooks me 2 hrs to be attended by the staff because all of them are busy having conversations with each others. And even infront of me they are keep talking. Staff's are not well trained in terms of customer service. Very poor customer service and very unprofessional manners in handling patients.

Thanks to the excellent treatment, I am now perfectly fine!nnA special thanks to the front desk team for their support throughout my visit. Very Bad service (Receptionist)nnI visited this clinic on January 27, 2024, for treatment for a fever. When I arrived, there was only one token left for my chance, and I had to wait for over an hour to be seen. After the doctor treated me, I was prescribed a blood test. The receptionist told me that the approval for the test would come the next day, and I should return for it. nThe next day, I came back for the blood test and to collect the medical papers. I was told to take a token and wait, just like the day before. After a long wait, when my token was finally called, the receptionist asked me to wait even longer for the medical papers. The delay was extremely frustrating, and at this point, I decided to cancel the blood test altogether due to the long wait times and poor service. nOverall, I am disappointed with the clinic's service and will not be returning. I would not recommend this clinic if you value your time and efficient service
