Hospital has improved a bit but still their waiting time is more and it is not align with appointment time. However compare to their services a few years back, they are good now. Pharmacy waiting time is a disaster, which might get better with the introduction of Medicine Home delivery services. The new challenge is getting the place in elevators which is always busy and full, management need to address it.
